My new Condo

Okay some pictures from the building inspection of my new condo:

There was about 10items for the builders to fix, nothing big or unusual.

The condo is 50m squared and the cost is ~100.000usd with a fee of ~300usd/m

OMG ~£160 a month for a place like that?! Faram, I am totally jealous.

I live in the just-become-city of Preston in England, and I'm having the hardest time finding a place to live. Oh well.

Nope it is a "Bostadsrätt"

Someone here explained the difference to me.

A flat is a rented appartment but a condo I own or something like that, you get the idea
