I have a suggestion for Mike and/or the mods:

Temp-ban the stupid bastard until he actually sends this proof to one of the many people who have now offered email and/or snail mail addresses.

That way, if he steps up, fair is fair, and he gets to come back.
If not: see ya, cocksucker.

Either way, he won't be polluting the board with his cowardly evasions.

Oops, as i said i didnt followed this whole conversation over all threads...

But with this new information to me, it is indeed a foolish chain of questions i asked. I have to apologize.

Because his claim is indeed utter BS then.

Stewart. I had my initial Sniper training about 2 years ago. That means i am kind of new to this job (especially as i stay in my normal role and can do only the refresh trainings every 6 moths).

But didnt it came to your mind as you claimed this, that such nonsense will miscredit every following word you type instead of confirming it? Among other claims indeed, but i am not qualified to say anything about them.

Again, i am sorry to type that question without knowing all facts/threads. I asumed he was indeed talking about his feats with a RIFLE(!) and not a pistol. That just didnt came to my mind.
I never had sniper training in the service. I knew how to shoot before going in. As a sniper grad, you should be able to do things that "normal" people think are quite extraordinary. I find the hardest thing to do to get hits at long range is find the range. Next is "dopeing" the wind, either of wich will cause you to miss by many yards at ranges much past 600M. What do you think? Did you use the M-40 or M-21 in your class? I personaly prefered the M-21. The ART scope, fast second shots at other targets and supressor made it many times better than the M-40 in the real world. (+90% of targets are seen under 400M)

CRUCIBLE wrote:It really depends on the rifle we have available.

We had the 86SR before with a nice1 MOA at up to 200m after zeroing (no match ammo though). That is nice for an "old" rifle.

About a year ago we had the "luck" to get an overpriced update, the PSG-1. Well at 100m we got 1 MOA too (after zeroing, no match ammo). Dont try to shoot with it at longer distances.
As it now stands quite clearly, the PSG-1 was/is just a placeholder for the DSR-1M. So that our Ministry of Def could say, hey look they have "new" rifles and dont need to use the decade old ones they had before, they are now on par with other NATO units (LOL, sure. Its a PSG-1 dammit).

We have now the DSR-1M, not in large quatities admitted, but we can use them at least at the half year recap training (still PSG-1 for routine training  ).
With the DSR-1M we get about 0.5MOA at over 300m (again, after zeroing). But we have a good stock of match ammo for it atm and the rifle IS the best one i shot with up to now.
Durring the ~7 years I spent in germany, we were never beaten by any team that used the PSG-1. I have occaisionaly seen arms room M-14s shoot that well. I asked a bunch of questions that were clearly not the right ones now that I know you're from over there. A Brit?

If you ever get to come over here, come by for a weekend and we'll go to the range. You haven't lived till you've shot a Rem 40X! It will knock your socks off! You can also try my pistols, they will give you something to think about.

Thank you for your service to your country and to all humanity in this War on Terrorism that we are currently engaged in. I know that you do not get told enough.

Sincerely, Stewart.

I've been told that snipers often don't like semis because they ain't as accurate, and I suppose I shouldn't be totally reassured by the manufacturer's claims (which IIRC was about 50 bullets all in a about 1 MOA cone at 300m) but What happens after 100m? I really find it hard to believe it is a 1MOA cone out to 100m and it somehow spreads out? Or does that really happen?

Thank you.
The term MOA refers to an angle. The farther you go from the start the bigger it gets. Those that pretend think that the differance between a 1/2 minite and a 1 1/2 m rifle is so significant that the poorer gun is "worthless". In the real world, either will put all the bullets in the target at 600M, if the shooter guises the range and dopes the wind right.

Fine, Stewie try this for a challenge. My E-Mail is Trebor214@aol.com.

Send me over the E-mail the names and the universities that the "PhD plus" people you talked to work at/attend. I promise that I will not post anything from your e-mail on the board, and I will not post the names of the contacts, unless they give their approval, and I promise I will not pester them beyond 1 E-Mail or phone call.

I'll eagerly await your e-mail...

In any case, it seems that since you can't show ANY evidence for your existance or your credentials, you are a liar by default. You expect us to believe that you don't even have a tax document from the IRS relating to your corporation? How about the legal documents from the establishment of your company? Your lawyer who filed the original papers should still have copies, and I'm sure that you could arrange to scan them and send them to me for verification. Of course, you won't do that since you are a liar and a fraud.

Has it occured to you Stewie that every time you someone has challenged you to back up your claims with evidence that you have found some excuse to avoid doing so? What do you think this does for your credibility (or lack thereof)?

A sole propietary, a LLC, or a corporation.

And how are you paid...W-2, or 1099(and specify which)
It varies with the contractor-contractee and country. In the states, it falls under the Forign Earned Income Exclusions rules of the IRS that exempts the FIRST $80,000 earned in any one 365 day calender year from your Income tax filing. The IRS relies on your honesty since forign governments generaly do not report their payments to contractors to the IRS.

If you knew anything at all about this kind of thing you would know that as well.

When working for American companies such as Boeing Services International, McDonnell Douglas Services, Northrup, Lockheed, Goodyear Aerospace, Loral and General Dynamics in forign countries, you get a W-2 just like any one else.

When working for forign companies like Syanco and Saudi Catering they give you cash in plain brown envelopes. It is up to you to specify the denomination and country of currancy.

I claim all of the above on my resume'. What big name companies has anyone on this board worked for? Will they take you back?

Sincerely, Stewart.
Amazing and YOU didn't answer the question.

So, what else is new here.

And by the way you lied about Boeing and every American company unless you're EMPLOYED by them...but hey what's new. :D

Let me get this straight: you spent $800 and several weeks travelling around the northeastern united states meeting university professors and bribing them with subway sandwiches for the purposes of a SW debate, but you can't walk down to the basement to prove you have a university degree?

Not much of a strategist, are you? First you say you're too busy with an exciting social life to answer points on this silly debate, then you say you're driving around the Northeastern United States for weeks looking for testimony for this silly debate, then you say you're the "dean of technology" at a totally invisible "thinktank" business with no official registration running out of your home where the title "dean" would be meaningless, then you say you're actually busy developing a game even though you had claimed to be virtually COMPUTER ILLITERATE during our debate!

Here's a hint for the next time you try to bullshit somebody: keep your story straight.
