Why not push it over now, save us all the embarassment of watching it fire and then fall over.

It does look pretty cool though. It's not like tanks are very good for rescuing people anyway ;) .

So the T-800 is stronger then, as it lifted the one ton T-X with one arm.

they're bound to have something far superior already. they're simply not showing it to the public so they can use it for monster attacks. :P

it´s got incredibly cool arms though. just add some cool camo paint, a couple of numbers, symbols and other crap like that and it´s a cool mecha.

One step at at time. There's a lot of models from the T-52 to the T-800.

I've got it!
Mecha Paintball!

It is the only type of weapon the dumb thing could fire, or take hits from!
By the way, notice it has TRACKS, not legs!

Asimo is the gressorial propulsion development model/demonstrator. Once they get the bugs worked out of that, then it's time to develop the flight systems. ;-)

This is how I would have ended the article.
The company aims to develop a commercial model by the end of the year. It will be able to do many things, as long as they somehow are based on falling over into a grain elevator and exploding.

A special model for the military which have 150% of it's internal volume devoted to unguided missiles, and be reloaded by guys with wheelbarrows is also in the works.

At 5 tons I think it is a bit overweight for a rescue veichle.
