Block you damnable fool. Pump him for more information, stall for time, but don't you ever mention the Inquisition! We aren't even allowed to think that word, or have you forgotten? You should have tried to get some clarification by asking something like 'So are you in league with heretics, or is this one less that totally heretical?' Or words to that effect. But you had to go and say. . . ERUGH.

I'm going to be pissed when we get kicked out of here. And your character is going on the LIST.

There's always the intimidation factor. They just burst in on us with heavy stubbers and he said we weren't leaving alive, I'd rather kill the two with guns and torture Grim, then use his ass for a human shield as we make our way back to the surface.

So far as I know,

INSIDE
Havelock
Verum
Camillia
Quintos
Nixios

OUTSIDE
Serghar (barely sleeping)
Lazarus (sleeping fitfully)
Varnius (sleeping like a baby. A psyker baby.)
Cyrine (busy with Extended Care stuff)

UPSIDE DOWN (don't know where they are, or even if they're still playing)
Xerxes
Zakary

Sounds about right. I'm pretty sure BC Gaius stopped playing as did DPDP, but I'm not 100% on that, Hotfoot would know better.

Okay, I'm tired of guessing. Who has what current/total wounds?

Cyrine: 10/10
Lazarus: 11/11
Serghar: 11/12
Nixios: 9/9
Varnius: 10/10

I've seen worse negotiations in an RPG, but that's damning with faint praise.

I hope I don't have to burn a Fate Point to live through this.

This isn't going to improve Varnius's opinion of blunts.

The 6 players in the DH game I ran burned a total of 5 or 6 fate points between them over the course of a single session where no shots were even fired at them. It was amusing.

By the way, how much health do you have presently?

Well I am really regretting not posting a watch while we slept. I got careless. (I'll chalk that up in game to my character being completely exhausted and not thinking right  ) Lazarus will also be telling everyone he told them so about meeting Grim in his own chambers, as he is an asshole like that. Assuming he lives of course.

We are probably going to want to get everyone together again for a session on this. When are people available? I'm going on a trip out of town tomorrow and coming back on Friday, so the soonest I'd be available is Friday evening. I'm also good for the whole weekend if I have a bit of advance notice.

Edit: I think I have my fulll 11 wounds after some Psychic healing by Varnius earlier

Cyrine is still around and awake, though not particularly watchful (she's attending to various tasks associated with Extended Care for all you mugs, blissfully oblivious to the fact that there's going to be a bunch more holes in all of us very shortly).

I don't imagine the sound of nearby automatic gunfire takes an awareness check, though :P

Can someone who has the book with them look up the rules for Feedback Screech?

All organics within a 30m radius must make a willpower test or lose a half action on their next turn. (This includes you.)

EDIT: it's a full action. And how much health do you have?

Serghar Gelt has the Light Sleeper Talent, and therefore is ALWAYS on watch. He's also short one wound, so 11/12 for him.

Feedback Screech let's you cause all creatures within 30 meters to test willpower. Failure results in covering ears, cursing and loosing a half-action.

Nixios has 9/9 wounds.

Vehrec, have I tested First Aid on you yet? I don't think I have.

Before people do stupid things, remember that actions in combat are determined by initiative, not who posts first.

Verum, you went from being in front, talking to Grim, to plowing through the rest of the team to attacking the gunmen who are training guns on you.

As far as wounds, here's the master list:

Xerxes 15
Varnius 10
Quintos 13
Lazarus 11
Gelt 11
Nixios 9
Camilla 10
Verum 3
Cyrine 9
Havelock 11
Zakary 8

All right, just ignore my post then. Are we going to be doing this fight in OpenRPG again?

We'll try, but it will likely be over quite fast.

heh. Is that you saying there will likely be a partial or total party wipe? Don't know what Grim is thinking though. If someone on the team is ruthless enough to use a companian as as cover, he can be shot full of holes very easily.

That would actually make a pretty cool scene, as a few characters are shot to death someone else grabs one of them and shoots a pistol at the machine gunners while his dead comrade's body armour and corpse take the bullets.

Well I was expecting this to turn into a suicidal escape attempt where we try to take on the whole gang as we leave.

Heavy stubbers aren't exactly handy close quarters weapons. Close to HTH range and shoot the dudes in the face with a pistol.

Easier said than done, of course.

I'm glad I had my character survey posible escape routes and such before going to sleep. Best case scenario for us that I see: Most of the group manages to escape by using fire and maneuver tactics. A couple of deaths in the meeting hall are probably unavoidable. Worst Case: The group in the meeting hall is machine-gunned to death. Meanwhile a bunch of stealthy bastards slit everyone else's throats before they know what the hell is going on. Total party wipe in less than 30 seconds.

Slight edit to include Grim showing his official proof.
