If he's sending you death threats, I would seriously ask them to close his account. You've obviously got solid grounds for doing so under the copyright infringment provision alone.6. You shall not use the Freeola Services to publish, link to, post or otherwise transmit:

I have just spoken with my brother and as I stated earlier he is as sorry as I am about this matter.
More to the point, he considers family more important than sci-fi fandom and so do I. He has agreed to write a statement to the fact that the actions taken to create a website for Draco Alliance (i.e. copying your site) were his and his alone. So therefore the slanderous remarks about me being a liar will make interesting reading to any legal representation.
Thank you for the address, although this does not tie in with my investigations, I will add it to my files in case it is needed. There is no need for all this, but you are taking me for a fool. I wish to point out that I was not always a train driver, I am 40 years old and have plenty of history behind me, both military and other ... organisations shall we say. I assume you are keeping all of his correspondence in case you need it as evidence. Print hard copies and back them up to floppy, zip, or CD in case you need them to be portable. As I have stated in an email to one of your colleagues, two members of Draco Alliance are from the legal profession, one a Barrister and the other a High Court Judge. The Barrister is aware of certain facts pertaining to our problem, but has not been privy to any materials so far and will not be for another six days (hopefully he wont have to be either). But he is advising me on what I can and cannot do.
And what "colleagues" would that be? As for the Judge and Barrister you know - you say they are away of "certain facts" but they are not "privy" to any materials? So... what? You told them your point of view about what's happened, but relayed to them none of the facts?
Did you mention to them that you had plagiarised my site (i.e. unlawful duplication), and that you never had written consent to duplicate material from my website, or the other websites your own site stole from? Did you mention to them that you did not have "fair use" of my website, as duplication without massive alteration of intent and/or content is not fair use.
Did you mention to them that you have sent e-mails to me stating the following:

-- which reads like an implied threat to do bodily harm to another person and, given your existing claim that you "called someone" to get my address and are still looking for more information about my physical location, supports the idea that the above, was indeed, a threat to do bodily harm to myself?
Did you mention to them that, your site's actions in copying my website without permission, and of sending me what amounts to a threat of violence, violates the following "Terms of Service" with your domain host:

This whole situation has got completely out of control and is unnecessary, we can both agree to back down gracefully or can both go the whole hog.
I'm not the one threatening to take legal actions, without (as far as I can tell) any legal basis for those threats.
I thank you once again for removing reference to Draco Alliance from you site and hope that you will remove all reference to Draco Alliance and myself from your forum within the next six days. I hope you have received my support against and advice on the use of 'E-mail bombing and viruses'.
I removed any comment/link to your site, because I have no desire to advertise for you - in any way - given your site's past actions and your recent behavior. I didn't remove it to be nice, but because I was going to do it anyway.
