And yet truuuuuuuuuuuue.
We've supported SOB dictators all over the world at various points in the last half-century, and truth be told, the Arabs got it a helluva lot less worse than many Latin American countries did - why is it that Arab Muslims and ONLY Arab Muslims form anti-American terrorists cells? Why no Mexican terrorists, or Nicaraguan terrorists?
The vast majority of muslims around the world do not trust the US, including Turkey, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Perhaps they should do their homework, then. The U.S. spent billions of dollars in the 90s saving Muslim lives in Kuwait, Somalia, Bosnia, and Kosovo (like I said, under that auspice), often from Christians. We give billions of dollars to Egypt and Jordan every year. We've got nothing to prove to the Islamic world.
Granted the later isn't exactly a pillar of westernisation, but the former two are nowhere near the fundyness of Saudi Arabia.
True, Malaysia isn't SA, but their Prime Minister can basically denounce all of Western civilization as a Jew racket in so many words without much fuss from the population. It's not SA, but it ain't Belgium, either.

I'm studying for the CPA exam. Have a nice summer, and if you're down just sit back and realize that Joe is off somewhere, doing much worse than you are.

Col. Crackpot wrote: the analogy is that people often believe drivel regardless of how stupid it is. Mein Kampf being the ultimate form of drivel.... look how many people swallowed that shit hook, line and sinker.
Actually, 'the bible' would be the ultimate form of drivel in the history of mankind, right up there with the rest of the major religious doctrines.
