While I haven't been caught slapping the salami, I've walked in on my ex-college roommate more than a few times. The last time it happened, he was sitting on the couch with his pants around his ankles and well, you can imagine the rest. I simply turned around, left the door wide open and left. About five or six people walked by and saw him before he could get the door shut again. Although he didn't speak to me for a week and a half, I never caught him jerking off again.

Been caught twice. Luckily not by my parents though, just a friend and my girlfriend... on second thoughts, maybe my parents would've been easier.

OK, lots of times, sort of, but it's really easy to just stop and pretend you're just lying in bed or whatever, so no one actually knows what they walked in on.
My bloke caught me once - upstairs during a party (that was happening downstairs) at his house. He took it as an insult to his ability to keep me satisfied...

I've done that a few times with my girl. Though I didn't take it as an insult, just a warning that we needed to see each other more often.
