As you leave the cave, you see the long abandoned jungle of Ayesveeyes. From here, you can see an island in the center of a lake. The island is covered by a large, abandoned city. To the south, you can see the great rift that divides Ayesveeyes from the rest of Usenet.

Across the rift, you can see the edge of blackened land, still dead from the power of the weapons deployed in the crosspost wars.

Far down the slope, you see a clearing with a large house, and huge chickens and squirrels.

->check status of balls.

Then

->take beth's bowstring. Venture down to house alone, stopping to ask in a whisper to the huge chicken if he's got any women for sale.

You're one remaining ball was burned off during the cautery.

OOC: I'm going to let Brian the Fisherbear explain why asking that question at the Atomik Chicken Ranch is a bad idea.

Look for Baron's Sheep Shack O'Love and Steakhouse and convince others to go there all the while staying outside. *whistles innocently*

Fine look for Spyda. Ando, Chris, and Preadator's Pub and order a round of pangalactic gargle blasters, we should wake up with the worst of hang over but in an entirely different location, which will hopefully be closer to where we need to be. Oh and if were in Spyda's bar from the old ASVS TGODS for the love of dog, don't drink the Melange Tequila.

Spoiler
You're all getting ahead of yourselves. Those places are all in the city. I've been looking forward to the encounter that's coming since I sent you to Ayesveeyes.
As you reach the ranch, you realize that the chickens and squirrels you saw were zombies, animated by some long forgotten force.

The zombies seem to be killed by your lightning storm.

You see electronic parts in them, after blasting them.

hopefully Beth and Whores are not upset about getting all wet (like probably the perv of our group leader may make some comments about water soaked chest armour....

and Griffons are part cat, and we all know how cats feel about cold hail laced thundershowers....

They're both more concerned about the cybernetic zombies.

Besides, what kind of armor do you think Beth is wearing?

glowers, looks at the summoning stone. Coffee Nauhatl Norse god sized!

upends a 100 liter barrel of coffee/choclate mix with chyanne pepper, vanillia, and just a little honey for sweetness.

Ok, I'm alert now, what's that rustling, hey we should check the ruins of Raven's place for food and to see if her bug jar still has those "Chiggers" Spoiler
She captured a hive of Xenomorph Aliens and kept them in a glass hive/jar type prison.

Inside Raven's place, you find food and alcohol. Behind the counter, in a cracked glass jar, you do indeed find the "chiggers."

Outside, the rustling grows louder, and you begin to feel an ominous foreboding.
