Just use conventional attack. He has no defensive army. I got 70k last time
Then again, if you killed that much, most of his networth is in units... meaning a few of my nukes will kill him.
Ok, attacking missile defenses the next time.

Only killing buildings can kill a player. It doesn't matter how large their army is, it could be in the tens of thousands for all that matters.
That's why laser sats are so devestating, since all of their damage is focused on buildings.

4 nukes followed by a laser sat is especially devestating. Even better if you coordinate it between two people so it's 8 nukes and 2 laser sats. If two stikers/busters with arty and B-2s enter in the mix, it's even nastier, since large numbers of arty and B-2s put even nukes and laser sats to shame.

I know. I've got thousands of tanks and artillery, and I could easily do more damage than a nuke.

Exactly. If most of his NW is in units, he doesn't have many buildings.

I think i have enough tanks to defend my artillery. I think that I'll now focus on making artillery and maybe some torpedo things and sam sites.

Dammit, I was wrong. He has his entire NW sunk into research labs. Nukes only kill 30 RLs per attack. Damn. Seems that it's 15k damage spread among all building types.

The 15,000 damage is spread through all units, even if he doesn't have any of them. Hence, only 1/5 of that (3000 damage) goes to buildings.
A nuke is most effective if the player has a lot of each type. Otherwise, just go with artillery/B2 and satellite attacks.

My 300 B2s and 500 Arty do jack shit. Only 8 RLs killed per attack. They seem to work best on defense buildings, because of the low HP. Still, <5000 NW damage.

Goddamnit, we just had another clan declare war on us. Fuckers hit me with two nukes and a chemical already, but fortunately five other missiles either got shot down or missed.
On the bright side, none of their conventional attacks on me have worked yet, thanks to my gigantic ground force.

Lost a shitload of arty and tanks. Replacement cost: 47k and 5 turns. Also wasted a nuke on him, which got shot down.

. Dammit I wanted a break after the war with wolfpack so I could build a laser. Only 2 nukes left, with 2 under construction.
The timing of this war is suspicious... Maybe they had an illegal clan alliance?

We exceed them in total NW and outnumber them (more attacks per day). Unfortunately Purgatory does not seem to be doing anything... and Bean is leaving for the rest of the round, so we have a disadvantage.
Some aid would help, since market units are costly

Okay, I've been nuked twice (And Dazzal has a laser sattelite as well), but I easily rebuilt my forces. I'd like to stay out of the war with this other clan for the time being, so I can get Dazzal. Then, I'll find another target in [InEx], and beat them up.
Since I used all of my money, I couldn't get any missiles, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Well, I'm not sure if that lasering was good, since it could potentially get the lot of us in trouble.
At any rate, even with two hundred of my tanks gone thanks to nukes, I'm still dishing out large amounts of whoopass. My non-aggressive ground attacks drop almost any enemy's networth by upwards of 15k...
