Assuming an overwhelming majority don't protest before then, I'll declare war on them tomorrow evening (~8:00 EST, pending ability to get into the game). If all possible people could be on then, we can try to hit them as hard as possible before they can counterattack.

I got attacted by someguy from [EvDa]. I've sent him and his CL a warning but if they attack again can we declare war?

Anyways I need 69 more turns before full satellite.

Damn, 15 sciences a turn is a joy. That means 1% sat per turn.
Also, it will take a lot of weaponry to kill my 700 RLs. Should have built extra though.

I've been building up lately, 800 flamers, 800 rockets, 1800 Arties, 250 Heavy Tanks, same with SAM and hover and Hummers.

You need more tanks, and the other veichles

Get some anti-air... I'm a missiler, and my airforce would probably decimate your vehicles.

137 Humvees
596 Arty
284 SAMs
403 Tanks
101 SeaHawks

Get anti-tank weapons or build defense buildings. Also build powerplants so you get >25% excess power, so an EMP/Missile/Laser doesn't disable the defenses. I don't use them, since my army is JOAT. Hey, wait... that's a good idea to disable missile defenses. Don't shoot defenses with the laser, shoot the powerplants, since lots of people put them around 80% or more. Assumming you kill 40 APPs, and the enemy has 150, that's a loss of about 26% power. Max EMP causes loss of 25% power.

Also, I need aid to build a lasersat, though I could build one without aid in 60 hours, with an income of 16846. I can't start building sats anyways until this time tommorrow, so *shrug*. Besides not in a clan war yet, so no poin t in wasting money on a sat that will burn in 14 days. Better save money.
