assuming that I am not attacked first I my army of a few thousand tanks/artillery not to mention rockets, humvees and sam tanks, I'll be able to inflict a large amount of damage. If someone hit me by sea I'd be dead though.

Funny, this is almost an exact copy of my situation. Except mine is worse.

36 nukes and not enough turns to do anything.

I've ordered 2 more missiles, but by the time I strengthened my navy and broke the $400,000 NW range, I was out of money. Because of that, I researched some. I should try to build more research labs, so I can get 100% sattelite construction knowledge faster. I could almost be there if I wasn't diverting so many sciences into money production, though.
