No. Perhaps it would be in a bit of time, but quite yet
When it happens, I sure as hell won't post about it in an STgod thread first. I mean, damn...that's, like, ultimate nerdness

In a while. I have a 700 billion dollar national debt to repay first

That's an awesome gift, Shady, but who's this "President Of PeZookia" the jet's supposed to go to?

Damn.

My apologies your royal highness, I meant King of PeZookia.

Within Byzantium, it is widely acknowledged that PeZookians are natural born stingy bastards

In Shroomania too. I'm sure there are like racial stereotypes of PeZookians hiding in caves full of gold, counting them all the time, and shrieking in fear when visited by the tax auditor or something - to the point of laying PeZook Eggs.
Wait. That's the Border State perception of Shroomites, laying Shroom Eggs. Fucking anti-Shroomites.
But shit, man. A king riding commercial airlines? That would never do! Someone give him a Cessna!
EDIT:
YES! FOREIGN LEGION HATS! HAHA!

Charter jets? That's not exactly a commercial airline. It's usually more like a private jet, that you don't have to pay all the upkeep and such on.

skychariot! To the Most Divine Cloud of the Sky's Greatest Majesty!

Yeah, it's not like the King sits on Economy Class between the Fat Sweaty Woman and the Old Bastard With Horrible Gas.
And now, thanks to all you bastards constantly cracking jokes at the style Paul travels in, we'll need to create an entire support base for a fleet of government jets.
...you assholes
I love the ethnic stereotype Shroom described, though

Which is why there is the PeZookian Paradox. The government is very stingy and uses its money from socialized programs wisely. However, the PeZookian people are also very stingy and shriek in womanly fear when the government's tax men come to collect money for said socialized programs!
Zor:
There was a slight drizzel as King Leighton along with a group of his acomplished secretaries boared his personnal jet, which would soon launch on a flight to San Dorodo for negotiations on aquiring observership for CATO.
Soon?
Soon?!
SOON?!
FUCK! I'm NEVER gonna go to Miratia, much less Messica! FUCK!
How am I ever going to be a total dick around Mr. Gero when I can't even go to his goddamn country?!
We should just Unreal Time this!

It is what Fingolfin said i should do to get CATO observership.

every CATO negotiation.

Doctor Mushroomhattan style!
Fuck it, I'll Unreal Time my visit to Miratia and then, afterwards, the rest of Messica.

Military part of OOB updated to reflect the "V CORPS: Légion étrangère" formation.
Bear in mind that in-story, Group-1 is partially formed in Katangwaland, with only a few thousand troops so far getting trained and facilities built; while Group-2 still exists on paper only. Just so no one thinks I'm suddenly pulling four Divisions out of thin air.
It'll be a couple years, in-game, to get it all up and running.

One day, Rufus Shinra will send a Top Secret message to CATO leaders, saying that he is considering leaving the MESS and joining with them.
It won't be true, though. He'll just be bored and see if he could actually get all the CATO leaders to drop everything and fly over at a moment's notice.

Just for those of us who aren't psychic, the Armoured Times is a military-focused rag.

I just felt like having the nuclear-powered jumbo-jet mentioned to underline this fact. I'm not actually planning on building it. The designation and name remain, however, since I had a panel of designers work it out in-game before dismissing it as too expensive.
Also, strictly OOC, the satellite mission is bogus, since we don't have the budget for one. The rockets are actually progressively longer-ranged ballistic missiles.

What? First you're coming, presumably on some set date. Then you detour. Then you get back on schedule. Then you detour
again. Is it any wonder why the staffers who plan for these visits would be annoyed by having their schedule screwed all to hell twice?

Yeah, that sucks too.
(BUT NOW I SHALL BE ON SCHEDULE! MUWAHAHAHAHA!)
Though srsly, CATO guys should
really start using teleconferences. Like, next time some Frequesean dude decides to join, he flies to San Dorado to meet with Hank and so on, the local CATO guys. Then they enter the Conference Room, with many HUEG telescreens wherein our enormous FACES shall be shown, speaking in unreal time with synthesized voices!
Our great and terrible visages, for all to see!
Muwahaha!
