Sorry, but a larger clan has declared war on SDnet. When it is over I'll come over to help out till the end of the turn and then switch back.

Getting killed was entirely my fault. I should have gone into vacation mode after I realized I lost $150,000 NW.

Here's my plan:

-See if I can get aid from some of my clanmates.
-Build research labs so I can get more than one science per turn
-Research about 25-50 turns into money production and missile accuracy
-Build either a strong air and ground force, or a strong air and sea force. I'll stay away from infantry, as they seem to have gotten killed easily when I was attacked
-Slowly expand my forces and research
-Once 85% missile accuracy is reached, stockpile nukes.
-Continue expanding, try to participate in a clan war if there's a target in my NW range (If we're fighting a clan with members with far greater NWs than us, then a mutual war isn't such a good idea IMO)

You should have money production near maxed.

Okay I just signed up, I have about 46hrs left of protection... So who needs an extra player in their clan? Let me know so that I can join. Oh an relevant info;

Everything of mine has been cut by 1/4 -military, buildings, everything. I'll shoot the laser at their weakest member again tommorrow.

I'll focus on RLs tommorrow, leaving military for defense only. For offense WMD and lasers.

Ya' know, I would love to tell you to join SDNet since we still have a member slot available. But we already stole Jaded Masses and it sounds as if Black Mesa (Look on page 9 for info) needs all the help it can get.

Besides, their clan is pathetically small.....

Not like this will really matter. Round ends in a week...

I have the info that Crazy posted and I don't mind which clan I join. So does that mean with the info available I can just sign my ass up? I have no problem with it.

What do you mean by round? Does that mean that we all have to start from scratch again?

On Friday the round ends ends and everything gets reset to the begining

Each turn lasts about 3 months, I think. Wish that you would join SDnet but black mesa needs you more.

Well, with the reset, we'll all get a chance to even out this time.

I just think we need to mothball this thread after the reset. We can make a new thread, but I really don't want any specifics posted in it--all specifics should be posted in the respective clan forums. I think a few other clans are beginning to wonder about SDnet and us...

Did nukezone just get nuked? It suddenly went down for me! Oh and anyone else thinking we should have a dedicated usergroup for this?

Yeah, Nukezone's server went belly-up. That's what they get for running Microsoft IIS...

EDIT: Nevermind, it's fixed now. Thing must have rebooted or something.

Well I am going to be useless for another 45hrs until nuke protection wears off. What should I concentrate more on buliding? Money research, satt, radar? Oh and who else from here is in Black Mesa?

Money research, you'll need it. Then start building research labs.

As for who else is in Black Mesa, check the "ID" thread in the clan forum.

EDIT: Shouldn't I also research exploration so that I can get more land to build upon? Currently I have room for 1 more building and I already have 10 labs.

Yeah, I requested Mike for one but he ignored my pm; much like how he ignored my request for a custom title.

You need 50 RLs to get any sort of bonus.

Researching exploration isn't worth it; you get almost 200 m^2 per turn at the beginning, which is more than enough. And once you start attacking people successfully, you can get upwards of 150 m^2 per attack.

You know I just realised that I didn't make the best choices when starting out. Not the *worst* but definetly not the best. The whole 48 hour immunity thing just didn't rejester. I am probably 6hrs behind what would have been optimal! Oh well, lesson learned. After the end of the round my start will be hopefully a lot better than this.

Dammit lost 80k in networth during the war. Oh well at least survived, thanks to RLs.
