The Shinra Republic Air Force B-1 bomber was off course, only they didn't know it yet. Somebody, apparently one who was not a race fan, had sabotaged the Lowell GPS computers. And so it was, as the spectators got a thrill from seeing a B-1 fly overhead before the race started. A thrill that was turned to horror as the bombs started exploding, taking out every last race car on the track...

1) All persons with Canissian or PeZookian ID can move freely across the border
2) Customs control is moved from the borders to mobile patrols within a certain range from them (see Schengen)
3) No tarrifs, free trade, Kumbaya

On Fingolfin's note I'm only updating the treaty to reflect public pronouncements of ratification. I know that the CSR, Byzantine, and Baernish delegations found the treaty acceptable but in-game they haven't announced ratification. Not trying to be a dick about it but if this is the OOC thread I'd rather it not affect the IC thread.

Done. I kind of assumed it was given since we said in the in-game thread that we approved and would sign the treaty.

And I blame Zor'z BnL for this. They've been struggling to catch up with MacMills and have probably done DUBIOUS THINGS to do so. It's ALL THEIR FAULT! MacMill's is a respected fastfood corporation from a first world nation, while BnL are run by some goddamn islander colonial types!
