Nice guns, now you have some clearly different ones for different purposes
Jacking up the detail level of the guns has unfortunately made them stand out a bit too much graphically on the simple line rendering but I doubt it would be a problem with textures applied. (probably a lot to do with the interior of the barrels degrading into a very solid black spot that draws the eye at longer zooms).

The guns on the wings are great. They can all broadside, all but one on each wing can fire forward etc. It's got strong forward and sideways killing power. However, given that it is a larger ship again, have you considered even heavier cannons? Perhaps along the spine.

As for the new battleship with the wings, I like the new larger gun. However, scattering the turrets on those large wings is not working for me aesthetically. They're like warts, they feel out of place and just simply don't look good IMO. Might be because the wings are not informing the placement of the turrets.
I'd personally go for something utterly gigantic, like each wing IS a gun, but maybe you don't want that so you can homogenize your firepower for non-aesthetic reasons.
