"This is Admiral Carson, commander of the Jardan Sector Fleet. All rebel vessels, you are to stand down. This system is once again claimed by the Free Republic off Jardan."

Carson watched the displays, as almost half of the Rebel craft fell out of formation, registering surrender. He blanched as a handful of warships remained hostile, lighting up their targetting sensors. He would have to kill those men- men he had worked with, men who just yesterday he would have considered comrades in arms. Never the less, he would do his duty.
"The Wall of Battle will advance."

The Alexander and Hector, along with a dozen heavy cruisers, steamed towards the waiting rebel ships. The bulky vessels moved into missile range.

"The Wall of Battle will commence fire."

Streams of seeker projectiles leapt from their tubes, spiralling in through a hail of point defense fire. Explosions began to ripple among the Rebel vessels.

"Admiral! Ouster vessels are moving!"

Breaking formation, the Ouster Cataphracts microjumped, their Kincaid drives reaving great holes in space-time, clouds of dispersing gridfire forming in their wake. The dropped almost on top of the tattered Rebel lines, immediatly opening fire. The rebel Admiral's vessel, already burning in a dozen places, was snapped in half as a wave motion cannon materialized a patch of gridfire on it's hull. Figures shot into space, sucked out as the vessel explosively decompressed. Lasers played over the vessel's stricken body, carving the vessel open, turning it rapidly into a lifeless hulk.

Already, on-planet, Loyalist troops were taking back the world's shield generators from the ragtag bands of poorly organized rebels.

Two of the four Destroyers leapt into Hyperspace to follow the escaping Gou'ald craft from a safe distance.

[TRANSMITTED TO ALL POWERS]

The Krynor Empire is beginning a program of peacefull expansion through colinies. Towards this end, we will need significat terraforming and cargo-carrying capacity that we do not currently posess. We are looking for nations that maybe be interested in contract work. All interesting parties should send a represntitive to the Sparta system in two days time.

Affirmative. Tracking of incoming shots has been uploaded. Utilize ramming tactics in reply. Target the closest pyramid-vessel.

As the Gou'ald warships backed up, their relative velocity with the Fast Destroyers did altered. It changed again when both ships sutbly worked with Hyperspace with their drive units, and shot forward, suddenly moving ten times their normal speed and accelerating in towards the closest Ha'tak at impossible speeds. Weapons fire held up but mattered little; the flaming wreckage of a Destroyer would still impact it at ridiculous velocities.

Two gentlemen looked up from the transmission on their screens. One was the Aide to the head of the Office, the second being a member of House Boren. Their reaction was quick and alike.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"

"Like anyone would want anything to do with them!" Remarked the aide.

"Still, better put it in the Bosses in box."

"Yeah, he could use a laugh." Replied the aide.

The thousand kilogram machine went still as the Staff weapon blew a chunk out of it's side armor plating, the malicious red gaze it, like all Constructs, had went dark. The Jaffa warrior stepped closer to inspect it's latest kill, and it was not until it was too late that it heard the buzz up of wickedly sharp medical tools.

Moments later, the first of the Doomed Jaffa was born. He reported the destruction of the Construct and began marching back to his post, he and his masters unaware of the cybernetic implant now attached to the base of his spine, controlling it's mind.

A fleet of black Ouster warships dropped out of lightspeed over the system- the 2cnd War Cluster's 1st Carrier Swarm, a duo of sleek warships, escorted by a quartet of strike cruisers and a swarm of escorts. Bondman Subadmiral Atja su Miitgar "stood" on the bridge of his flag, the Inevitable Ascendence. He had been dispatched to Camaro to deal with the Goa'ould occupation- the situation with the Goa'ould pressing for more territory was untenable, and the Speaker had ordered him to solve the problem. Here, he would free another world from the tyranny of the god-king's rule.

His vessels dove towards the planet. They would secure the region, and then the troop transports would arrive from out of system.

An aide hurried in to the room- he was fresh from the Ouster strtike cruiser in orbit, stumbling in the high-G. He leaned over to Artus and whispered in his ear, casting a glance at the representatives of the Krynor Empire.

Artus' expression hardened- this news was not entirely unexpected. While he was enjoying an evening feast at the Monacoran's expense, the Krynor had attempted to invade Jardan. The 3rd War Cluster had intervened, and even now, Hajr forces were striking at Jardanian assets across known space. It appeared that war may be brewing.

Artus hurried to where the political prince was sitting. "Prince. If I may, I have an important announcement to make.

Elsewhere in the room, Elanie, Ouster assassin and Blackeyes agent, had approached the dapper Blood Lord, leaving the horn-dog Arcanist behind.
Part of her job tonight, besides providing insurance should the Arcanists try something, was to feel out those powers with which the Hajr had little contact. She found the commanding gentleman speaking with some foppish Monacorans. The flow of the conversation eddied around him- she nearly laughed as she realised how drawn in they were by his manner. What intelligence they had on the Vampires suggested that this man was the sort who played games with human lives, the sort whose hands were red with blood. His playing at being anything but a monster was almost amusing.

"Lord Basil." She said, extending a long-fingered, pale hand. "I am Elanie su Madrighala, Boundwoman of the Hajr. I don't believe I have ever met a blood lord. I suppose, in many respects, you and I are alike."
