Slight hijack: What was the last Calvin and Hobbes comic? Don't show me if it is sad though. I'm still dealing with Oni's

It's kind of sad in a nostalgic way.

Its Calvin & Hobbes talking about experiencing life to the fullest, and at the end they sled down a hill into great new adventures.

Damnit. That still makes me sad. I've got such a soft spot for that strip and those characters, I can barely read them anymore. :(

Dunno what you're talking about, I still love that strip. I can read it and say to myself, "I can still use my imagination and enjoy myself that much."

Judging from what I've seen of you and your art so far, Havokeff, I'd say you're more than capable of doing the same.

I think you misunderstand my meaning. Imagination isn't my problem.
You know how people sometimes just have soft spots for certain things that they get emotional and/or nostalgic about? That is how I get when I read the strip anymore. I somehow got so severely invested in the characters that the emotion that the strip conveys just hits me like a ton of bricks. Especially the poignant ones. I think the closest I have ever come to depression is reading a sad Calvin and Hobbes.

Let me note that this next one is only funny if you saw Death Proof.

Unfortunately, I don't have the source image, I just found that on one of the various macro sites I occasionally visit.

Oh, and more inspiration:

I've seen Death Proof. That is such a feelgood movie as you watch the misogynist, over-compensating little pussy rightfully get the shit kicked out of him.

And some randomness to push me back on topic:

Because it reminds me so much of both Omegaturd and Volleyball:

Nah, it's a giant isopod. Nature is way cooler than any movie.

EDIT: Although the Cloverfield monster would have been way cooler as a super giant isopod.
