Hey, odds are, it's gonna be a really good post. It better be after all this time [/grumble]. If it's not, you can always just declare war out of sheer irritation! Everybody wins!

This is going to be longer, and more muddled than the 9/11 report isn't it?

Yeah, you do know that Atlanteans are gone. As in no longer on those worlds.

I didn't open it. It was open. I'm trying to avoid a feeding frenzy.

Frigid, if this turns out to be a bad idea, I'm going to strangle you...

Think he'll actually do more than write a strongly worded note this time?

Considering they're empty ruins of a world now, they aren't that important.

I'd expect at last a miffed diplomat at this point, who will be VERY rude at the state dinner.

Why is everyone doing this if they can't be inhabited and there are any number of other dead systems out there, anyway? Come on, you guys had to know this would cause problems. And IC I doubt that many of your governments would really want a war with us, with a couple notable exceptions.

Rogue my idea involed you posting before anyone else showed up. You took to long, so we are beyond the realm of my idea.

Maybe we're doing this because we know you can't/wont go to war with us... Tortuga is, after all, strong on our minds. And the fact that you've got the Ousters breathing down your necks...

In case you failed to notice, I've involved myself in a lot of wars in this game. The first one in the game was between me and the Covenant of God. Look, this is ridiculous. How many times have we gone to war in 8 months? You expect anyone to be able to sustain a couple wars a month indefinitely? The only time I've backed down was when I had one task force facing down the navies of five or six other nations.

That's a complaint to take up with the pacing of this game, which is ridiculously slow. It gets dull waiting for ships to get built up in nearly real-time.

Because unless the Atlanteans DBZed as they left they'll still offer a bit of a hard start over less developed worlds.

Actually, I'm not expecting problems. Right of salvage. The Atlanteans left for parts unknown. I did the same after the Floaters left known space.

That was Aly backing down. Try to keep us straight, please?

On the Aly note. ALY STOP!
