Actually, I had those talks happening in San Magdalena, seperate from the conference. Though their outcome could have a strong effect on the conference.

That said, I had Indhopal sending someone to the talks to represent the FTO as well as emissaries from Coilerburg, Omango, and Sabika. Could you and Coiler post replies to that with your formal positions?

The Neutrality Conference is being held in Adams Capital District. I'll refer you to my map posted on the second page of the stickied "Build Your Country" thread for position.

In fact, give me a bit and I'll get the start of the conference up. I'm presuming the attendees comprise the following:

San Dorado
Indhopal
Coilerburg (would Omango and Sabika attend too? I'd think so)
Baerne
Shinra Republic
Tian Xia
Crimson Star Republic
Tonkin
Possibly an emissary from the faction the FTO is proposing to lead the CFR.

If I missed anyone, give me a shout-out, though I'll try to write the opening in such a way that anyone I miss won't be considered as not attending.

There's also a FUN THINGGY to be hosted in SIRNOTH, which is rather NEAR Shepistan and the Old Dominion.

The conference in Cascadia is the Frequesue Neutrality Conference that President Garrett proposed the previous year; the goal of the conference is an agreement to permit the nations of the continent of Frequesue to be recognized as neutral in the affairs of the world's major powers. A number of major powers and, I believe, all Frequesuan PCs save Czech (who is now an SAR of Tian Xia anyway, so Tian Xia handles his foreign affairs) are present. Any others who wish to attend (I know Phong has said Tonkin sent someone) is free to state they are present.
