Ouch, that one hurt. I'm going to clock out tonight and let everyone else catch up before responding.
Well, it's not as though you made it hard to deduce

. Too poor for a noble, too in-tact for a fighter, too human for a cog-head, too straightforward and confident for most adepts, and I knew there were at least two psykers in the party.

So far the game is good fun, but everyone be warned i'm still at the stage of trying figure out just how I want to play Lazarus Wolfe. Large character mood swings could occur without warning as idecide something he said was retardedly out of character.

Well, assuming nobody has any problems with the good old fashioned public stat block, I'll share the spreadsheet reference I put on google documents. If you would like to be added to the collaborators to make this a more comprehensive combined character sheet, just fire me off an email.
The Twelve Faces of Death
Right now, all that's up there is raw stats, money, armor values, names, and homeworld types. I'll be putting up skills and talents as time allows.

Somewhat of a clarification, Verum comes from a fairly wealthy merchant family, so he wouldn't look like scum, he may act like it at times, although he tends to think he's being funny, but appearance-wise his gear would look a little too well kept up, and crafted to fit in perfectly. It's actually part of his style of assassination to stand out.

I was going to use this post to go into backstory on Octavius Draconics but I just remembered it's much better to develop your character slowly in game as opposed to spilling his beans right off the bat. However not to waste I post, I'm going to go into deeper detail about his appearance.
He's about 5'11" inches tall. He's dark skinned, but not too dark. His built is stocky but not wide. His face is a bit like
Tyson Beckfords crossed with my own, though his complexion is closer to mine (i'm lighter). The mouth isn't so wide. It's more pursed but still with thick lips. High cheek bones but slightly lighter than Tysons. The head is a bit wider too, less rectangle and more square. The eyes lack the 'fat' beneath them and the skin above them doesn't cover the lid as much (less oriental look). Eyes are shaped the same but larger than Tysons (to make up for less skin around them). He wears his hair in the style of a
Chinese queue. His hands seem large for his body and his feet are on the small side of the norm (10 1/2). He has thick legs and his build favors his lower body.

just a bit of OOC clearing up...
The Adepta Astra Telepathica (pg 246 of rulebook) takes care of all psykers and astropaths in the Imperium. Psyker does not equal astropath, but all astropaths are psykers.
Thought this might be an issue if people were confused, but their characters can be confused all they want!

DP, Sylas, any chance you'll post soon? If not, I'll move the scene forward...

As you can see, Quintos is a veritable font of late M2 early M3 pop culture.
I do promise not to make any Monty Python references though. That would just be in bad taste.

Yes, all monty python references are to be left to the Orks.

I can't believe this hasn't come up before (that or I'm just blind and missed it), but what year is it? It'd be rather silly were I to refer to the 13th Black Crusade in 954.M41

I've got to ask: Cadian voidborn? On a warship, not a orbital, which would make a little sense? I can't see that working.

My stats are slightly different Hotfoot, use these corrected versions I tried to send you last night:

Why not? As far as I know there's nothing that says there are no cadian members of the imperial navy.

Copy that, stats updated.
And you are all now planetside. Time to go to work.

"Voidborn" doesn't necessarily need to mean born on a spaceship. If she grew up on one - and Cadian training, as we know, starts young - she'd probably have picked up the traits anyway.

Hey guys? Don't try to do too much in your posts. I know I've been moving things along at a fast clip, but let's not all go "poof, I'm somewhere else" because the rest of the players have to be able to react. It's not like you have teleporters anyway. The only reason I could do those things is because I'm the GM, and let's face it, the game wasn't going to really get moving until you got planetside, so however long you took, it WAS going to happen anyway.
Meanwhile, your actions in game can and will have consequences. So slow down just a bit and let people react.

Noted! I'll amend my actions IC next post then, and "delay" Zak's intent to go dig up information. I'm probably not going to be around for much longer until tomorrow anyway.
On another note, I'm falling in love with Zak already (in a platonic, player-loves-his-PC sort of way). This is going to be hilarious.

I was referring more to RIPP's actions that brought him practically to the hive, but it's a warning everyone should keep in mind.

I'd also like to point out the irony of your characters all thinking mine is unsubtle when the Lt. flat out told us the Arbites and the Guard don't get along here and what happens next, but someone says "hi, I'm an arbites, and for some reason I'm escorting the Captain."

Oh, don't you worry, Zak is quickly learning to despise all of the idiots surrounding him equally.
Yeeeep, looks like I'm going to be picking up Armour of Contempt as soon as I can.

Whoever goes with my good buddy Nixios might want to ask his name. So far he hasn't shared it with anyone and he's not really the sort of person that's going to go out of his way to talk to people.
