, to the weather being -20. All are correct interpretations. The fact that Soviet has numerous negative connotations in American speech can't have been missed by Duchess, and was part of the drama. Ossus may be an ass, but acting like a 13 year old girl and riling up the board over something that could be discussed seriously is just bad form.
