BTW, Zor, how much payload can the Titan deliver to orbit, what is the turnaround time and launch cost? Is it a single-stage to orbit winged booster, or does it require additional strap-on motors?

It could be a useful thing for delivering fuel to that orbital depot the IRT proposed.
