Now place in mixture and all in a roast pan, with Potatoes, celerty (Someone tell the damn treecats to get out of my kitchen), and other veggies and broil for half an hour to 45 minutes (Don't worry about the F or C settings, broil is all the way over full blast on on the oven...)

ok you now have a nice Deer roast, that will give any PETA asshole a heart attack, and contain so little fat that you should be quite well off.

BTW the red wine helps to break down fat....
