I was, but I want to give the good General a chance to get some of that RPing goodness.

I expect the good Captain to be ripping her hair out any time soon.

Pater, the only inquisitor who doesn't need a portable excrutiator.

Tact is something that Other People have. :P

Everybody just make themselves at home. Have a nice cup of caff, put your feet on the desk, get cozy... SHEESH! :D

So which Inquisitors are aboard the Fool's Wager now? Pater, Gix... Adivan will be coming board shortly... who's the last one?

Heh. When Adivan gets there it'll be like friends meeting in the gay section of a Porno shop. :D

That's funny.

Adivan will be the last, unless Squeblish shows up and Rosanthor shows an equal mathematical acumen to the other three...

Last post edited slightly for clarity's sake.

Adivan had better come soon. I want to 'be there' when he does a spit-take upon entering the room and seeing 2 other Inquisitors. :P

"So why did you join the inquisition?"

"To pick up chicks. Chicks dig the rosette, man."

Shaddup. :)

Edit: Does Adivan ever get out of his Power Suit?

by GeneralTacticus
Yes, but not generally when there are still hostile forces running around in the area. Besides, given the number of ambushes, sneak attacks, and similar things that have gone on lately, a bit of paranoia is to be expected...

EDIT: Especially from an Inquisitor.

Has anybody seen that episode of Yes Minister where about 10 MPs are all in the same, tiny railway carriage? That's what I'm imagining. :P

Alas, I've never seen any episodes of Yes Minister, so I'll have to take your word for it.

No I haven't seen that episode. Yes, Minister is great stuff.

Get it. British political humour at it's finest.

I have a hard time watching TV. Passive entertainment is hard for me to sit through, stuff like watching movies or shows. I've gotten so used to interactive media like the net.

Hell, even reading a book involves turning pages. It's another symptom of my Type A personality-ness.

I am usually mentally multitasking when watching tv or movies. One part of my brain is always on something else.

Gah. Cross-posting=sucky.

Just assume Pater left before Hethor's hackles went up.

I have reams and reams of material that I'm supposed to watch, and everybody's always like "Have you watched so and so yet?"

"No, I was surfing the net."

I'm all set up to make peanut gallery comments. :P

"Now Fred, I'd say he's using interrogation technique #573 there.
Oooh! Nice retort!"
"I don't know what's going off, I really don't. In my day it was all High Gothic to me."

Cookie for the reference.

Definitely a reversion to technique number 1, there. "Beat them until they give you a satisfactory answer."

Well I've been showing Gix's soft and sensitive side so I've got to show that he can do the job of being a stone bastard.

What a time for him to demonstrate he's not a big old softy. :P
