You keep this up, and you may well find yourself officially banned from the STGOD, as well as blacklisted for any future STGODs. You're not endearing yourself to folks with the way you're currently acting. You left the game, you'll find that because of that, you really don't have much say in what happens now. It's just a sad fact of life you'll have to deal with. When you give up something, FOR GOOD, you can't stay around it so you can have the option of taking it back. World doesn't work like that.

Your posting once in the game thread was bad enough, but excusable. The OOC post in the game thread was not. You have been told repeatedly not to do that when you were active in the game, and now that you're not, it seems to say to us, "Well fuck you guys, I'm just going to do what I want and I don't care because what're you gonna do, huh?"

When you leave the game, you leave the game. If you want to come back, STICK TO THE OOC THREAD. It's not that hard. Also, the insults, they're not helping your position. You wanna pass them off as jokes, fine, but I think everyone knows what you really mean to say.

I would again like to point out that this is the SECOND time you have left "for good", and you are already trying to make sure you can come back. That alone speaks volumes, and none of it good.

No. For example, the original STGOD lasted something like four years before finally petering out. And fully expect the players of whatever new ones crop up to know about your habits.

Depends. Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't.

In any case, you're quickly losing popularity around here, so the chances anyone will want to play with you in the next STGOD are rapidly diminishing anyway, and your current track record is not creating a promising forcast for the next time you start playing.

No, they aren't here.

STGOD was the first here, it went well and then went kaput after there were a bunch of issues at the end.

STGOD II was the second, I wasn't around for the first part of it, and it never got past page 50 I think, from what I understand there was a whole lot of arguing there too...

STGOD III was a super-hero thing, it went on for a while, told a good story, and then ended because the story was told.

This is STGOD IV, the only one in the lot to connect to an earlier STGOD.

Straha is mostly right. STGOD 1 was a GREAT STGOD, but there were some issues and the whole thing came crashing down.

STGOD2 was shortlived, due to lack of interest, and was set in a different timeline than #1.

Then, SD.net STGOD2 came out, it was a continuation of the big original ASVS STGOD SirNitram just mentioned, and it may not even be dead. It was the longest-lived of any of the SD.net STGODs, and due to good moderating, there wasn't too much bitching. It ended due to general military defeat of a major faction- but I hope to see it continued in the future.

Now, we are at STGOD4, a continuation of STGOD1. And it appears to just now be heating up.
-edit- So, if there's gonna be another STGOD after this one, I hope it'll be a continuation of the ASVS/SD.net STGOD2 storyline, rather than this one. So no, I don't think you'll be joining an STGOD linked to this one for a while.


-edit again!- sonuvabitch, SDnet STGOD2 was in fact shorter than STGOD1 or even this one- but I swear to god, a LOT more happened.

Don't forget the Honorverse STGOD. Unfortunately that one fell apart thanks to people losing internet connections, etc, etc. May it live again some day. Or at least a new one.
