So we're to understand that the birthplace of a major invasion fleet has no industry?!?
Of course not. The cluster is full of foundries, soldier training grounds, and weapons manufactories (here, mostly small arms for the Groundforce.)
The major shipyards, on the other hand, were moved to Eketrina. They've been there since almost the beginning of the STGOD. It isn't a secret, I've devoted many pages to describing the construction of the Hajr capital ships at Eketrina.
There will be small escort yards scattered across the sector, but the majority of my fleet construction tech has been at Eketrina, and that hasn't been a secret.

I'll show you Nelson... I have some edits to make. I would not have opened fire without a legitimate military target.

Let me explain- Elysium is important to the Hajr expansion, of course- it supplies men and women, and the resourrces which are going to the Hajr's 3 shipyards (2 of which are going to be online shortly.) It provides a great deal of manpower, and it produces transports and the like. Of course, destroying it as a whole will stop any chance of my running 3 shipyards at once, I'll be down to just my Eketrina shipyards. It'll also lead me to a shortage of transports, which can be a big problem, and it'll cut down drastically on my flow of manpower. These goals will not, on the otehr hand, be achievable without either spending troops in a hard invasion, or destroying the clusters.
The heart of the Hajr, on the other hand, is Eketrina. It is where much of my resources are stockpiled (I've spent paragraphs describing how extremely busy it is with incoming freighters from across Known Space and Elysium.)

I don't imagine you did. And your ally just commited mass murder.

OK, look, Frigid clearly didn't mean to open fire on Candaris if it didn't have a mass of shipyards and giant defense guns on it. While I question his judgement on this matter, and in thinking that Candaris was such a place when I'd posted a very different impression, I'm willing to accept a mulligan.

				Home defence forces:
Aegis
2 Titans
7 Lances
5 Walls
15 carriers (1000 fighters each)
30 missile frigates
45 harleys
60 blue collars
In addition, the space around Krell worlds is littered with thousands of defensive drones. These things are very weak, just lasers with targeting systems, but there are so many of them that charging without clearing a path is rather foolish.

Reasons why I sent only half my fleet.

Although If you'd be kind enough to wait three months, I can easily make an appointment for the annihilation of everything you send.

Oh, I'd love to dear fellow, but I just have this Sword Of Damocles over my head, don't you know, when people threaten you with annihilation from within? Quite understandable, I'm sure. *Sips tea* Noonish?

You know, one of these days, we really must engage in peaceful relations

If you could hold off till tomorrow evening it would be good, but I'm on the Army's time from Friday to Sunday, so anything spectacular isn't likely to be resolved till next week.

I understand. I'll try to start it tomorrow, then, and we'll see how it runs.
And yes. After I finish being TEH EVAL this STGOD, we'll have to have good relations sometime.

Yeah, this is exhilirating as all hell, but part of my can't wait for the simple, black-and-white of playing the Polish Republic. It'll be a simpler, kinder empire.

Planning for STGOD5?
I'm wanting a return to the Black Alliance.. No huge plots.. Just piratey goodness, with our own sort of nice guy attitude to those who are nice to us.

It depends. the Greater Polish Republic is for a post-Hajr power in STGOD 4. STGOD 5, well, it'll be the Crobuzon Empire if it's a new universe, or the Three suns Commonwealth again if it's STGOD2 universe. I've got OOBs ready for all possibilities....

We have been attacked, various alliance ships have passed through the extended teritory that we declared off limits.
Excuse me? Just when did we do that?

Yes. Draw up a power. You'll be starting at the 2/3rds of the orginal mark for ships and worlds. Other than that go nuts.

Now would not be a good time... then again, you'd have to spend plenty of time getting your power setup, which might take long enough that the war will be over.
Then again, the last time we had a war like this, the STGOD ended, so...

I don't think many of the major players are keen on jumping ship now,. Even if some big names quit, there are enough active players on all sides to keep it going.

Yes.
But I'm going to qualify this by saying that I would be most displeased if your nation were to burst fully formed out of the womb and into this war on either side. That would be just the sort of abrupt balance of power change that we've always tried to avoid.

When people's whole nations get burned down into ashes they have a tendency to get tired. Ever tried to play Risk to actual world conquest?
