Heya! I saw the movie last night and loved it. I have one question about a rumor I've heard. Someone told me that the Millenium Falcon is in one shot in the film.... I dont remember seeing it but now want to see the movie again just to look for this possible easter egg.
Anyone know anything about this?

When Anakin and Obi Wan are returning to the senate building after the crash-landing. There is a YT-1300 that arrives at the same time as their shuttle in the lower right part of the screen.

I'm assuming that a YT-whatever is the same type of ship as the Falcon? Sorry... I'm not that into SW tech.

I'm not sure that was a 1300.. it looked almost like a YT-2400. This one may have to wait for the dvd to confirm.

Ok, so now that I've seen the movie, all I want to know is why the order to murder all the Jedi was Order No. 66. What were 1-65? "Pass the salt" or "Get me some Fritos?"

Pfft, this is the head honcho giving orders. Obviously Order 65 was a burger/no cheese, extra pickles and a LARGE order of fries

Oh, and I'd also like to say that Leia is full of shit. In 'Return of the Jedi,' when Luke asks her if she remembers their mother, she says something like, "Mostly just feelings, impressions--she died when I was very young." Yeah, no crap! You AND Luke were both two minutes old when she kicked it, and he was actually around her longer because he was born first!
She's such a liar.

Nono, Order #65 was "Kill all Jedi unless they're wearing plaid." Then it's Order #66, which comes somewhere before Order #99, which reads: "Shoot Palpatine, because his apprentice stiffed us on that last payment."

I've tried to explain that. I've developed this "theory", which I really wish that I didn't have to make up, but now George has gone and done it, hasn't he...
Anyway, perhaps what happened is that Leia's parents showed her lots of pictures of her mother and told her lots of stories so that at some stage Leia started to believe that she actually
had met her mother. Or something like that.
On the other hand, perhaps it was just the way that THE FORCE manifested itself in Leia. Or it was *cough cough* feminine intuition or something.

You think it's funny. We do not.
I think the most often claimed explainations are
A: She was remembering someone else she thought was her mother
B: She's remembering Holographs of Padme. Remember, she only remembers images
C: A force pre-born sense thing

I liked the explanation someone had that while Luke had a spiritual bond with his father through the Force (since he seems to think about him alot in ANH), Leia had a bond with her mother.

I'll buy that, since they wore their hair in those same awful buns too. I guess some thing are just inherent.

As I said in the review thread, its no wonder where Leia got her sense of fashion

It was a YT-1300. Indeed, I distinctly remember sitting there and suddenly saying: "Oh, a YT-1300."
