OK people go apeshit over a photo of the Emperor....so what will they do when they find out there is SOMEONE who knows what he looks like before he went into the throne?

Nathan probably gets revered for some convoluted reason or other, and spends the rest of his life having nubile young ladies try to 'get closer to the Greatness'. Poor man. :P

Or they force him to travel around in a Pope mobile

Nubile young ladies I say! The Pope Mobile is a bonus. :P

I could go in for some of that action. I don't mind Nathan's sloppy seconds.

Alas, will be busy this evening preparing for imminent family visit, won't be on until later... same usual schedule as the LAN party.

Visiting family as well. Will probably be back earlier than Petro, but not guarrantees.

Pcm, you don't need his sloppy seconds. There's no way he'll be able to handle that many groupies and you'll have your own autographed Emperor picture.

Hrm. Pater's starting to feel a teensy bit superfluous.

Okay, back.

Would've been back a bit sooner, but for the great coffee pot disaster. I received an early Christmas present in the form of a new coffee maker with thermal pot... and a million buttons.

So I give it a run through a cleaning cycle, when I notice it has a 'clean' setting. I'm all like 'Oho! I'll tell it to do that instead of brew!'

So twenty minutes later I wade into the kitchen, clean up the mess, and... I shudder to admit to this breach of manly protocol... read the directions.

Which inform me that the 'clean' cycle is for decalcification, involves their specialty brand decalcifying solution, and is only supposed to take about three cups.

Not ten.

Heh.

So. Here I am.

Yes, poor Pater. Slayer of two chaos marines... or more, just two that I remember. Oh, and banisher of daemon-Xerxes.

Pah. Good in combat, bad in book-balancing. :P

Edit: In related news, I like the Thunderbolt.

Hmmm what to do now....*L* Nathan could pester the Rogue Trader crew.

Is that a coffee maker?

Also, I had a good talk with a friend and worked out exactly what shape the Memoria storyline will take... twists a'comin'.

So who are we going to kill tonight?

So having a saint for a girlfriend isn't enough for Nathan. Now he has to steal the girls Pater is hitting on. I can just see it:

"Hey baby. I have this autographed picture of me with the Emperor. Wanna go to my place?"

Pcm, why the sudden love of the Thunderbolt?

No more like simple curiosity He is inquisitive ....as for cheating on Lena....nope he wont do it .Though him looking in a few cargo boxes may upset the poor captain.....Then when he finds out she is a Rogue Trader expect a few .....weird questions

No problem there...Nathan may ask Novadlorian if theres a supply officer he can add to his retinue....this way Prius can have all sorts of new toys

Kick ass.

He might also find a use for armor, so he could, y'know, actually finish a mission without a trip to the infirmary.

Right now I'm betting the medicae and chirurgeons are pooling their money to buy him some as a Christmas surprise.
