The Hussar helicopters slowly turn around take aim and chew up the silvan gland which the rocketeers fired from, chewing up man and tree before heading back to base and landing for refueling.

We ould have been using our point defense weapons to do it(the same as our fighter based weapons, each shot is about a kiloton directed energy, no explosion) But, "rebel" weapons would not be able to take down our capital ships.

With that, capship scale missiles that had been placed on the moon were activated, to be used on ballistic courses. Their target... the Monocoran centers of government and military all over Earth. The high c-fractional speeds of the weapons, and short distance prevented any attempt to do defensive measures against the assault.

I'm getting fed up... You don't think that a modern AA missile would be able to fit on say, a Humvee sized vehicle? And stop saying that, oh, my stuff is so wonderfull that they can shrug off the biggest of hits.

And smashed into the shields over Monacoran Teritory, causing no damage below, except forblinding civilians who were stupid enough to look up.

(OOC: Might I ask how everyone's intelligence missed those being placed on the moon?)

Technical note on Frequency Missiles, basicly Prox sensor+Stasis field generator, the missile is placed in stasis for a fraction of a second. Timing it is very difficult. They are very expensive. *test was being conducted under optimum conditions* and only 25% of them worked.

intertialess craft should be able to avoid them *They can only maintain stasis for a fraction of a second*and only over part of the warhead, generating the stasis field destroys the missile. (Conservation of momentum). Basically they are only good for anti-missile/anti-fighter work.

The moon is controled by the PSR and they are our allies, the weapons are not near any population centers, commence bombardment with smaller weapons to avoid any environmental problems for the PSR colonies.
