The Blood Kings are more than welcome to their rightful homes. You Ouster have no claim here. If the Blood Kings wish to cut you into their space all well good. Otherwise you are invading the space of Altanis, a member of the Alliance and that will not be allowed.

<< The Machines dwelled here with the Arcanist's permission as well, or did you forget? These systems go to our cousins. We have already made treaties with the Blood Lords concerning the divvying of these worlds equitably, and they will be followed. If you want to fight us over the empty reaches of the system's edges and asteroid fields, please, cease your prattle and do so.

In space the Monacoran troop transports turned and speed off to almost every one of the Arcane planets. Then they broadcast a message back to Aber-Toril space.

"We of Monacora claim every the entirity of the Arcane Empire that is not claimed by either the Blood Kings or the Ousters as our own. We in turn then give ownership of the planet of Al-Quadim and two colonies to be determined later to the Veithan empire. We also give the world of Union to the Ravenlock Consortium along with two Arcanists colonies to be named later. Finally we plan to cede two colony worlds to be determined later to the R'hllorans to help them rebuild from their current loses. Our right to these planets has been established for us by the U.P, and we thank them for their clarification of policy."

As the cowardly and treacherous mage-dogs of the Arcane Empire have entirely abandoned their home systems, and the preposterous 'legal' claims put forward by the Atlanteans are rightfully dismissed by the galaxy at large, it must now become necessary for those nations incorporating the distressed properties to meet and decide the zones of control therein. Negotiations between the Ousters and our own nation are already underway, and we invite the Monacorans, R'hllorans, and Veithans to send diplomats to Temesvar to participate in a conference to discuss the salient points.

We can accept that, has wereguild for Terra. Anything that Monacora choses to do with it's space is it's own business and none of ours.

We have no desire or need to tresspass on your home, do with has you wish.

However the Ousters have no legal claim beyond that that the Blood King, Altantis or Monocora choses to give them.

Aleksandra su Jhalar, Voice of the Hajr and lead diplomat of the cadre assigned to the Realm, made her way to the palace to pay her respects to Casimir, and prepare for the meeting concerning the divying of Arcanist territory. She reflected on the latest freecasts from Ravenloft and Aber-Toril. It had been tense, and the Speaker had authorized Admiral Lan to use as much force as he deemed necessary to ensure the maintenance of Hajr control on the systems. Lan was perhaps a bit too bloodthirsty; while the Second War Cluster had outgunned the Protectorate fleet, the incident might have bloomed into a larger war which the Hajr may not have been able to afford. Lan had been furious at the Protectorate commander, and it had taken a most decisive message from the Speaker to convince him to avoid speaking with HELs and torpedoes instead of the curt hypercomm message he had ended up sending.

Her vehicle, a sleek Madrighalan VTOL limosine, let her off before the impressively cyclopean palace. Flanked by two ornately armored Blackeyes, she approached the meeting-place and awaited the arrival of the other delegates.

Her orders were simple, and as expected- those systems the Hajr now occupied, they intended to maintain. There was some room for maneuvering; they had already ceded much of the Ravenloft system to the Blood Lords. That move had caused some uproar among the Clusters, but the Speaker had been insistent, and with her newfound power over the Council, it had been quieted. The Hajr would not settle for less than complete sovereignity in those regions it occupied solely, however.

with that the Atlantian fleet began to break away headding out of the system once more as they did so they sent a message to the UP flagship

"We are sorry for involving you in this, and we regret we were unable to peacefully resolve this issue and it frankly is not worth going to war over. We will now be reporting to last port as per our previous plans"

and with that they once more left the system.

The Veithan government did not waste much time in acknowledging the message received from the Blood King. The fact that the Ravenlock Consortium had not been invited in the first message met with some arched eyebrows. Still, the Consortium was more than willing to bargain on its own. The expectation was that the Consortium would be in the meeting someway or another. The Veithan diplomatic ship left its moorings in Veithan space and quickly vanished into hyperspace. Its course set for the Blood King space.

The ship arrived in system as expected; communications exchanged with command and control aspects of Blood King forces. A vector was given and followed, the ship allowed to take an orbit over the planet itself. A shuttle was launched, ferrying the three Veithan representatives. As usual, this trio was composed of one diplomat and two escorts. Once upon the ground, a vehicle picked them up and drove them towards the meeting place. It took nine minutes for the vehicle to make its way to the impressive palace, the architectural features appreciated before the delegation dismounted from the vehicle and walked towards the palace proper. Once inside it was all a matter of following directions to the meeting place itself. His people had plans for the worlds that had been ceded to them by Monacora. Nonetheless, there was usually some room for negotiations.

The Veithan delegate considered what his expectations about the meeting were as he and his escorts walked down a massive hallway. If nothing else, this meeting should be quite interesting. He expected that his report would garner a great deal of attention back home.

A ship popped into existance at the Krytos Star Empire's capital world.

The ship shaped like a long cylinder with a pole stuck through the center, and several half-ring like objects floating around it. The rings were not connected to the central body in any way, but maintained a fixed distance from it as it moved and turned.

It transmitted to the surfase below, audio only.
"Greetings, we are the Kitan. We come in peace."

It was squat and angular, with two sweptforeward wing like projections on either side.
