What about white collar crime?

Not all criminals are gangsters, what about CEOs of large companies who commit fraud?
The thing is most white collar criminals, don't get caught, don't get sentenced, and even if sentenced often find ways of getting off. They have plenty of money and lawyers.

Racial profiling is when you go after another person with no more probable cause than race statistics. More white people get busted for drug possesion, while blacks get pulled over twice as much. The reason, cops assume that black people are doing something using these 'statistics,' but they have fewer cases where they have reason to suspect the person in the car of doing anything illegal. The problem is that these people can't seem to get it into their heads that most black, hispanic, or any other ethnic or racial group, are level headed, nice, honest(for the most part), human beings. In fact if you did a search of a suburb you would find higher drug usage, and higher numbers of alcoholism among minors, than you would in the inner city. With all the SUVs and minivans that suburban people use, I wouldn't be surprised if a significant part of funding of fundamentalists and terrorists came from the suburbs of america.
It really isn't any wonder why. A youth who works an honest living lining the pockets of McDonalds' shareholders has the privilage of working long hours, getting paid shit, getting shit on by his bosses, and getting shit on by the public. In contrast, a gangbanger can take in thousands of dollars a day by doing what they want when they want to do it--and have all the fun of getting to play with firearms, drugs, and all the sex they want. The truth is that crime--be it bluecollar street/gang crime or whitecollar crime in the boardroom--pays very, very well and youths are simply being good capitalists and turning towards the money.
ie you've been working for 20 years as a middle class no-face, and you get to see 17-year-olds riding brand new Mercedes on your way to work. :D
Of course you can compare old rich white guys to gangbangers pretty easily, I mean they both try their best to keep their customers coming back for more, caffine in CocaCola, oil and gas in your car. They both launder money, they both destroy families and lives, they do all of this for their own benefit. I can see the Crips in 20 years setting up an investment firm, and doing legal battle with the Bloods.

The IRS probably does racial profiling against middle-aged white guys for tax evasion and fraud.
Actually, it's the exact opposite. The IRS watches the lower class much more carefully than the middle and upper class in terms of tax evasion, because the people in the lower class need to scrape up as much money as they can. It's not really about race in the IRS, because on average, blacks are less educated than whites. That means that statistically, blacks just won't possess the knowledge or education required to commit tax fraud.

A middle-class white guy with a family is much less likely to commit tax fraud than a lower-class black or white guy with the same dependents.
