How dare they market such healthy alternatives, I wanna die from chocolate, dammit!

It's mass produced shit. They rob it of any taste which someone might not like so they can make it cheaper and sell more. The same thing goes for Cambells Soup. That stuff is low on flavor and waaaaaaaaaay oversalted.

Campbells soup here is gorgeous, maybe it has something to do with it being made nearby.

Weird because over here they mass-produce it and it has enough flvour to kill a herd of cows. I was only in the States for 5 days the last time, and I ate a few packets of crisps while I was there, I return home and have a packet of Prawn Cocktail and a packet of Salt&vinegar and they damn near blew my head off they had so much more flavour salt on them. The strange thing is that the Company that makes them in the UK (Walkers) is the same company that makes them in the USA (Lays). Not sure about the soup thing though, the only soups I eat are Chicken or Mushroom, and I don't think I've had any soup in the US.

Well, I know I should get rid of my Christmas avatar but Ive been busy doing the following things:

1) Being Lazy
2) Being Unemployed
3) Smashing the Romans with my Samurai
4) Building up my empire in the ensuing Golden Age.
5) Watching my Space Ship rise into the sky as my people yell "Banzai" in victory
6) Sleeping very late. (see numbers 1 and 2 )
7) Lack of skills with a photoeditor
8) Watching Monsters Inc. ( a very good show )

 That's great.

Someone mentioned Easter. The local Walgreens already has all of it's Valentine's day candy out plus Cadberry creme (Easter) eggs are already out.
By the pricking of my thumb,
Something wicked this way comes.

Do you think we are getting old or are stores really putting stuff out early and early? In some ways I dont even notice till the last minute. But when I was a kid I notice the second the Halloween stuff went up at the store.

Thats probably the strategy. They know the kids will go ask their parents for the stuff.

Pretty soon it's going to get to the stage where they don't bother removing Xmas/Valentines/Easter/etc decorations, just leave them up all year long and simply stop pretending to care.
