As far buggy software goes:
Faulty security patch hangs Windows.
Uh what? I can't see any Pentium 'Dual-Core' processors, just P Ds, which are definetly NOT related to the Core architecture.

They'll have the processors T2060 or T2080, which identifies them as being a Core Duo derivative. They can also be found in HPs and Dells, though I don't feel like digging up links to those.
Also, see:

Basically, they're T2050 or T2250s with half the cache cut away.

I'm a programmer. That statement applies to every programmer. I'm at least honest about it.
I think the humour of it is the punctuated redundancy in the statement. Even now, looking at it again, I started laughing again.

Quick question. Has anyone used or seen a Dell M1210? I'm interested in getting a light but powerful portable since I do carry it around for work.
Current laptop just died on me today with it refusing to boot up and instead light up its LEDs and since it is 3 years old and out of warranty I wonder if there's any point repairing it.

Quick bump, but the Lenovo ThinkPad T61 is out now and it looks to be quite a bit of bang for the buck.
