But having the equivalent of Vice City and San Andreas as exclusives? Rockstar/Take 2/EA would have to have been given a money-hat to rival all money-hats.
Though, I'd be willing to bet that Take 2 would grab that money-hat with both hands right now, so who the fuck knows?
Anyway, I really doubt that it'd be VC or even SA-level cities, compared to the old GTA3 model? That would be pretty much a whole new game right there if you want to compare VC to the original LC or (God forbid) SA.
If they do new "cities" I could see them maybe being like some of those country or desert towns from SA, maybe a bit bigger. The 'burbs of Liberty City perhaps.
