Voted yes. Even if it's purely a symbolic gesture, brian's antics have been pissing me off for ages. The guy simply does not know how to form a coherent argument, and so any discussion with him invariably degrades into inane strawmen that do nothing but draw down the intellectual caliber of the board. Getting VI titles isn't just a punishment--it's also as a symbol for others. It's sufficient as a reminder of what sorts of behavior are frowned upon by the board.
