IMHO, WWII was an inevitable result of WWI and the Great Depression. You can't prevent it, only delay it.

I would take my money and live a life of luxury until Q comes to kill me, because me drinking pina coladas is no less effective than anything else I might try.

Travel around to various countries and preach hatred long enough to institigate a series of smaller, seperate wars so there would be nobody left to fight WWII......

Mine would probably involve getting the rest of Europe to help restore Germany's power, then supporting China to make it possible for them to repell a Japanese attack.

If I was someone else, probably Warsaw. I'd try to get into the Polish political machinery soon enough to push for an alliance with Czechoslovakia.

Back when Hitler had wanted the Sudetenland, the Czechs were ready to fight, but nobody had supported them. Give them one ally with the capability to fight Germany by land, a Germany that was far from being re-armed, and you could stop the spread in its tracks.

Alternatively, if I was myself, Rome. Mussolini originally had very good relations with the Austrian government pre-Anschluss, and was displeased with German meddling there, and if I could somehow influence Italian Fascist policy, that could a split between Germany and Italy over Austria, or possibly even a confrontation.

Stalin, tough stuff.... Outdualing a evil, paranoid, cunning dictator masterful in obtaining power is one tough job. Even throwing money at trosky probably wouldn't help. All I can say is snipe him early, snipe him tough, snipe him when Russia is still in post WWI choas. After Stalin is out, respond to whatever is needed.

I think I recall reading a theory about why Hitler hated Jews... It was said that he got gonhorrea (sp?) from a Jewish prostitute, and has hated them ever since.

I'm not too sure how accurate this information is...
