This vote is now considered closed. With 44 total votes we have a quorum to do business. Per the stated rules at the opening of this thread all "No" votes regardless of category count as "No' and all "Yes" votes likewise. There are 23 total "Yes" votes and 18 total "No" votes. As this is a board policy vote measures must carry a 60% super-majority to pass. The "Yes" vote varries 56% and therefore shall NOT pass. No change shall be instituted.
