Nothing to do with rape, really. As you say, much more like stolen sperm. I'm pretty sure 'I'm pregnant, you didn't know, it's your kid now' is a common enough comedy plot. I've seen it done at least once and possibly more than on Family Guy.
This isn't to say it's a good idea, mind you. I actually enjoyed Drone. I don't think I'd enjoy it nearly so much with a lame comedy sub-plot.
