I favor the Balrog. It's getting cold in here, and we could do with saving on the fuel bill. ;)

Minor administrative note given that we are in the last 24 hrs with Tiriol and "None" in a dead heat. The rules (specifically R.3.D.III.) gives me the tiebreaker. Since I won't cast until and unless the vote is closed the poll will appear tied and then my vote will be recorded in the summation post before the thread is ended.

So just to mock my desire to finally be able to cast a tiebreaker GAT just has to come in and upset things :D

Anyway with 40 votes out of 54 eligible we have a quorum to do business. With 13 votes for Tiriol against 12 for "None, 5 for Balrog, and 5 for Havok with 5 abstentions the winner is Tiriol. Please congratulate our newest Senator.
