I have so many quotes from a co-worker that I can't post them all.
I will only say that this is the woman that the programers in the office try to set the difficulty of any new program for. If it's 'Brenda-rized', then anyone of a 3rd grade education (perhaps lower) can use it with little to no problems.
But Brenda breaks it everytime. And Yes, she's asked where the ANY key is, and she 'loses' open programs all the time, because they're minimized, and thus opens another one of the same program. I've seen so many of the same program opened that the taskbar is Two Lines of minimized boxes.
