Nice to see that you are still writing. The chapter seems mostly to be fine, and the twist with Felechen entering the Digimon world was a good surprise.

However one phrase seemed out of place:
Krisnack wrote: He finished the plan about ten minutes later. It should suffice for the next several months, assuming that everything worked out. Assuming being the key word. Felechen half expected the universe to send him an unexpected setback just to spite him.
Remember that Felechen is a Sith, so his thoughts should reflect his beliefs. So, I recommend that you replace the universe with the force above.

An explanation for the delay in posts: My beta reader seems to have vanished, just when I got to the part when I need him/her. I'm currently stuck on the fight scene between Ken the the Chosen, but If you think I should skip it and move ahead, I will.

***Introductions, Part One***

Ken bristled at the insult, but then he almost jumped at the change in Felechen’s appearance. While his new clothes were to be expected, physical changes were not. His teacher’s skin had become even lighter, but the hue seemed to be off, reminding the boy not of the paleness of albinism, but of the paleness of death. His eyes now had an unearthly, yellowish tinge to them. Topping off the impression were the red and black facial tattoos. Was the change in his appearance an indication of the power he had at his disposal?

Was it also an indication of the power that he might one day possess?

He eagerly looked forward to that day.

Further thoughts on the matter would have to wait as a squeal of joy reminded of the familiar green worm he had been saddled with.

“Ugh! Get off!” Ken spat as Wormmon jumped for joy, happy that his master had returned after another absence
as he noticed a looking creature looking up at his teacher.

Wormmon looked past his master and shied back when he caught sight of the very intimating looking stranger. The new comer was definitely human, even with the frightening markings on his face. Even more disturbing was the way his eyes seemed to bore into in the digimon. They seemed to radiate both curiosity and revulsion.

“Who’s he K- I mean master?

“My new teacher.” Ken didn’t seem to be very forthcoming, so Wormmon decided not to press the matter. Although he really didn’t think that it was a good idea for this human to be walking around the base. He didn’t know how, but he strongly suspected that there was something undeniably evil about the man.

“What is this... thing, apprentice?” Felechen was far less diplomatic about introductions.

“That’s Wormmon my useless assistant and slave. He also serves as my punching bag.”

“Mmm. So where exactly are we?”

“This is my base, from which I will one day rule the whole of the Digital World.”

“But where is this place located? Is in a building? Is it underground? Or is it even on another planet altogether? ”

Ken shrugged. “From what I’ve observed, it’s a simulation of some sort. Very realistic, more so then anything I’ve ever seen. I first found out about it in an email that I got.” The boy inclined his head towards Felechen in a conspiratorial way. “I suspect that I’m being tested by someone.”

Felechen noticed the creeping arrogance in his students voice, and he didn’t like it. He had seen Sith fall prey to pride before and pay for it with their lives. He would have to step on Ken’s hubris soon. Once the boy had learned proper humility, he had the potential to become a powerful weapon.

A beeping noise went off, alerting the two to a screen that had a warning message flashing on it. Ken took one look at it and grimaced. “Looks like some unwelcome visitors have shown up. I think it’s time that they learned who’s in charge around here. Me!” Felechen’s look of disapproval went unnoticed.

As the child walked out of the room, Felechen pondered the meaning of what he had said. The boy claimed that this world was only a simulation, however that seemed unlikely given that the planet’s technology had never shown any evidence of the ability to create a totally immersive environment. Indeed, the smells, textures, and sights all suggested that this was real. There was always the possibility that the two of them were simply unconscious somewhere, with electrodes feeding their brains sensory information, but he was confident that it could be dismissed out of hand.

He looked back over to caterpillar-thing, which was eyeing him with distrust. Using the Force, he could feel the creature’s presence. It was real, alright. This posed a problem. If his charge were to find out that the place he was conquering was in fact real... the consequences of that would be unpredictable, to say the least. Experimenting, he reached out and discovered countless other presences, all indistinguishable from each other.

Meanwhile Wormmon had decided that he really didn’t like this man. Ken would have to be warned about him. He would probably try to rob the base or something.
