They can survive in the vacuum of space, i don't see why Pandora's atmosphere would pose much of a risk to them.

They can survive in the vacuum for space for an indeterminate amount of time. Just because I can hold my breath underwater doesn't mean I have gills or shit. For all we know that xenomorph was going hypoxic and turning blue.

I don't think Pandora's atmosphere was as much toxic as it was rarefied, being mostly nitrogen-oxygen based, but with a few unstable atmospheric elements in the mix.

If a facehugger gets a Nav'i, the resulting Xeno should certainly be able to survive Pandoran atmosphere. And I don't even want to think of what that would be like to fight.

Also, we might have the additional complication that, at first, the Nav'i might think the Marines are more RDA grunts, and be disinclined to listen to or help them? That might give the Xenos more time to do their thing.

This can be dismissed as an effects error. The obvious intent is that the arrows should be travelling fast enough to have the momentum to pick a man up and impale him on a tree.

Is it even possible for a facehugger to impregnate a Na'vi? I imagine that they're maybe a bit too small. Certainly, they're more likely to simply get swallowed by the bigger creatures.

Small might make it easier. If they can get INSIDE the Na'vi digestive system, they can make their deposit without threat of getting torn off.

That alien they found in "Alien" had a wound that indicates a chestburster popped out, and it looked much bigger than a Nav'i. The Xenomorphs must have had SOME way to impregnate life forms that large.

Also, what would you get if the Xenos impregnated one of those flying whatchamacallits (I can't believe spellchecker made that into a word) the Nav'i ride? Even just the smaller one. If they just got one, it might help them get others. And that would be Bad News.
