Well the Borg at least were true to their nature (and not dumbed down versions).
Mega City One' a bit fat target, hard to miss. OTOH, they can probably take nukes and still go on.

MC1 has survived nuclear attacks repeatedly over the course of the comics; hell, during the Apocalpyse War, it got saturated with them. Later on, at least a few districts are devastated by terrorist nukes, but it seemed to recover relatively quickly.

Not to mention that the city possess a fairly solid SDI defence, although that was damaged when nuclear detonations in the ocean caused a tidal wave that hit the city coasts in the aforementioned war.

I just had an idea... what if Gwendolyn Ingolfsson landed in Mega City 1 after her little wormhole accident at the beginning of Drakon ? Could make a funny story.
