I have alarms on my phone as well as an actual alarm clock. The clock is convenient because it's got huge numbers and it's easy to see at night without reaching for my glasses or even my phone. If I really need to wake up, I set it on top of the phone clock. It's well out of arm's reach

I use my mobile's alarm because during work week, I sleep in a hotel and it is nicer than to get called by the lobby every day.
