Luke didn't conjure the white glove, Vader did. Luke had no idea how to counter it so he essentially gave up; this surrender turned out(luckily for Luke :roll: ) to be the counter and it bounced off of him and went back to Vader, knocking him down the well.

I rather like the Essential Chronology. It provides some of the only evidence connecting a BDZ with turning a planet to molten slag prior to the AOTC ICS.

Why couldn't they have gotten Zahn to write the chronology!
