Given the half-finished state of the animation, it's hard to tell. At least one wing came off when it fell on it's side, and I think the other might have come off when he tilted it, suggesting that despite the way it looked at first, it wasn't hanging on by much after the crash. I don't think the engine came off, though.
As for the augmentation, again it's hard to tell. None of the Bad Batch were shown outside their armor, though there was no external evidence of cybernetic enhancement (as opposed to the one example that did appear in the arc, though that was courtesy of the Techno Union).

the closest IRL thing i can think of to match the LAAT is the hind, listed at 8500kg empty.
If a black-hawk flies over a light show and is not harmed, does that make it immune to lasers?
