It was too short, but it was filmed and concieved as longer:
The Obi-Wan/Dooku bit was longer, and so was the Anakin/Dooku bit.
The above shots are in-continuity in a way, a short comic of Dooku reminscing shows him fighting Anakin for awhile w/ just his green sabre, then grabbing the blue sabre and Obi crawls off (accounting for his "jump"), then he beats Anakin, and fights Yoda. Yoda and him face-off, than he starts to get beaten back, he takes the blue sabre and fights Yoda with two lightsabres until Yoda destroys the blue one and then he executes his little trick to get away.

If anything if Thrawn were in EpIII, even in a painfully small cameo (ie-appears somewhere in the background) it would prove that GL at least has part of his mind on the EU. I think it would be cool, personally.
Windu should not be killed by some teenager. If it were big Boba (as of TESB) than that would be cool. But since it isn't, Windu should go out in a much more grandiose, and stylish (

) manner.
And the Yoda/Dooku fight kicked ass! How on gods green earth you could not like it is beyond me. The TPM lightsaber fight may have been better in many repects, but the AOTC duel was still damn cool.

Yoda/Dooku was retarded. Yoda and Dooku should've fought conservatively and quaintly like masters. Not like a guy trying to swat a squirrel on speed.
Windu should get taken down by Vader.

Lucas should have put this in the movie.

Sam Jackson said in interviews that Vader was the only one bad ass enough to take him down.
Anyway, the real twist in SW ep III will be that theres a little planet called Earth that was defeated over a hundred thousand years ago by ancient Jedi predecessors in an attempt to rid the galaxy of socialism.
And if that isn't it, then the real twist is that The separatists are actually all clones, and that the reall separatists were all killed on Geonosis, thus ensuring that the Separatists wouldn't win at all.
And if that isn't it then
*Fanboy stops as he is promptly incinerated by Godzilla-esque flamethrowing*

That would be kewl, Anakin killing Padme. But I doubt that'll happen. Remember the ratings these movies get. If Lucas bumped up the ratings, then maybe we could get something high-quality like that.
I'd like to see Anakin kill Jar Jar too. Heh.

I have a feeling this would be the twist, as it is implied in the original trilogy if I recall correctly.

Palpatine = Sidious. Lots of evidence they're the same. But who knows, they might be different. We can't say right now, though.
The twist might be Sidious himself killing Dooku and acquiring Anakin. This is possible.
Or Dooku might turn to the lightside.
BTW, apparently Darth Fanboy didn't seem to have any constructive things to say, on page 2, I mean. He suggested Thrawn might be in it. That is okay.
I don't know how the thread starter or moderators can stand such nonsense.

Why not have Thrawn in. I'd like to seem him maybe as 1st officer to Tarkin on the 1st Imperial Star Destroyer? something like this could work.

IIRC on the back of the TPM video box it actually tells you that Palpitine will become the Emperor. It still leaves space for the Palpitine=sidous twist, but not much.

Windu will keep an eye on the Senate and discover the truth about Palpy who is in fact Sidious.
Sidious will kill Windu.
I hope...
Even Vader didn't dare to confront him alone so logically he has some power...
It's about time to show what Sidious can do.
Possible "Big twists":
While Anakin is away from home, Windu bangs Padme and the first child will be Lando...
The real "puppetmaster" is Jar-Jar, he's the one controlling Sidious from the back.
Yoda will fail his english grammar exam and will be sent to Dagobah.
"Meditate on this, you will!"

(along with me)
In Episode 3, everyone will die. (GL changed his mind) The story will end.
All the previously released copies of the original trilogy will be collected and smashed because GL realised he has not even intended to film them...
We will see the first ISDs...
GL will reveal the secret.....the huge balls on the superstructure are gasoline tanks...
That's it for today.....I'm going back to my rubber-cell...

I think Boba will somehow kill Windu, perhaps in starfighter combat, it would explain the "No disintegrations" line in TESB.

I vaguely recall Obi-Wan telling Luke that Darth Vader killing Luke's mother, although I'm not too sure since it's a very long time ago I last saw the Original Trilogy.

I thought that Lando Calrissian was part of a noble family which reproduces only through cloning.

Seems kinda beneath Vader, but yeah
As far as killing Padme, I don't see that happening...in "ROTJ," Leia mentions that she remembers her mother, a "beautiful but sad" woman (or words to that effect).
If the twins are to be just babies in the film, Padme'd better live long enough for Leia to remember anything about her.
She might've remembered a holographic construct of Padme, though...worse things could happen to continuity than playing fast with a single line.

Leia also mentions on Endor that "She died when i was very young."

Boba may be able to have his age increased on Kamino, and then come back to kill Windu, but thats not likely.
With Jackson's badass ego I could see him taking on Taranus and Anakin at the same time, finish off Donku and the get felled by Anakin when he fully turns over to the dark side.

Prehaps we will see Tarkin present the Death Star plans to the Emperor and talk of his little Maw Installation with Thrawn, who has just killed Windu with a VSD. Beat that in terms of cool!
