Her Royal Majesty is probably not in the best of health or spirits. She's 95 years old, lost her husband less then a year ago, and a bunch of other shit has been exposed about the Royal Family.

The current Queen will never abdicate. She will quite literally die before that happens.
Depending on health, she might wind up incapable of fulfilling her duties, but at most that would involve a Regency, not an abdication. She'd still be Queen.
