That sounds eeirly like my first blood test. It's almost exactly what happened.
I haven't given blood, and I might never be able to, due to some genetic disease or another that might be present in my bloodstream (my sister found this out when she went to give blood). I don't even know what my blood type is yet.
I don't like needles at all, but I do put up with them when I need to. If I could give blood, I would, despite the needles. Unfortunately, I can't.
