True. In a purely objective view, nuclear would probably benefit the world in the long run.

I thought the best way to increase the birth rate was to cut power to modern conveniences at night if you have no tv no light for reading and no stereo there doesnt leave much for you to do of any interest except propagate.

I seem to recall a couple of studies indicating sharp rises in birthrates about 9 months after significant power outages. . .
